Start your engines (both of them)!

Hey! What's up? My name is Mike McIntyre and for those of you who don't know me, I built a twin engine Tiburon that was featured in Sport Compact Car magazine just about 10 years ago. Since that time, I have seen that car on YouTube, and other places and I get a real kick out of people's comments. I have decided to build another twin engine Tiburon; on a budget; and share the experience with people.

Our goal: to find a Tiburon that is affordable for our build; to find the engines that we want to use; to find a space to work in ( i have a garage filled with work out equipment, and my wife won't let me use the living room!) ; to purchase or lease the welding and machine tools needed to custom build a twin engine car; to get readers to read the blog and follow along, and build their own cars if they want along with us. Pretty simple, right? Did I mention, on a budget? well, we want for the every day Joe to be able to do it along with us, and not every one will be able to start with a brand new car. If we can, we will get some sponsors to help us out.
